Credit Report (TransUnion with Vantage Score) - and a National Rental Records Search.
All credit report inquiries through TransUnion are soft pulls for this online application process.
In addition, verification of current landlord and previous landlords will be performed as well as verification of employment to be completed by BT Properties.
The charge for each applicant is $45.00 + $1.99 technical fee.

Separate applications, and fees, are required for each applicant 18 years old or older. This application will be part of the lease.
As part of your application for a lease, you are required to fill out the online application background questionnaire so that ACUTRAQ Background Screening and BT Properties can conduct a background check about you. As part of that process, you will need to electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form consenting to these checks. This Authorization Form will allow ACUTRAQ Background Screening, to verify the information you provide and share its results with BT Properties and for BT Properties to complete your residency and employment verifications.
The questionnaire takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and we recommend that you double check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your lease application. The application process with timeout if not completed within 20 minutes due to security issues.
